We'll be discussing legislation recently signed by Governor Brown that prohibits employers and prospective employers from requiring employees and applicants give up the login credentials to their personal social media profiles such as on Facebook and Twitter.  This is a landmark piece of legislation since California is leading the nation in modernizing the laws pertaining to personal privacy on the internet.  We'll also discuss the recent arrests of online scammers who were running those tech support service scams that have been fraudulently convincing people that their computers were infested with trojans and needed to be serviced by them for a fee.  You won't want to miss this exciting edition of the show.  Call in, join the chat room or just listen to the audio stream. However you do it.... just do it!
