The reason has nothing to do with his throwing technique at quarterback, as unorthodox they may be. Instead, it is his out-of-the-closet and unapologetic presentation of his faith.
But is Tim Tebow wrong in how he presents his faith, grabbing every opportunity he gets to say something for Jesus? Well, this question must be answered by each person according to their own values. Instead of judging Tebow, it might be more productive to try and understand him. For example, as an evangelical Christian, Tebow is undoubtedly motivated in his quest to spread the “Good News” of Jesus be his conviction that a hell of eternal torments awaits unbelievers.
