As You Ponder Your Day..
You see it in the Big Picture,

There is the Possiblity of feeling Accomplished!

Even if you decided to stay in bed all day,,
For that Moment,
That was the right decision for you,
If You find you cannot pull yourself out of bed, Everyday,,
There is a Problem,

Shall we go in and find out why you are hiding?
What is it you fear?
Is the fear leading you to pain?
Do you just not want to deal with life?

.........THE KNOCK AT THE DOOR..........

I know several people who have a difficult time answering the door when someone knocks,,
I have been told the reason they are afraid to answer,
Yes it is a Fear,

80% of them say,, I'm afraid of whats on the other side, Who's on the other side,
They do not like surprises, Especially bad ones, Which always seem to come from a knock on the door, Be it Ex-Girlfriends or the Bill Collector.

The other 20% have said,, I feel Stupid,, Usually it's someone selling something.

Well that's interesting,,
Lets go with the I feel Stupid One,
You get to come up with New ways of Saying No to People,
Meanwhile Boosting their Hopes and Self Esteem!
What a Privilage to Encourage Another In their Quest!

The Knocker is wanting to Introduce their Services To YOU! It Is a Great Event!

They Are in Hopes of Presenting their Services in gaining you as a client!
You Would be their Boss!

Being their boss You can Say "No Thank you! But Great Presentation!"

By changing the way You can approach certain situations Empower You as a Person!

Several times I have Church Going Folk Come to my door,
to see if I'd be interested in joining their circle,

Oh I am not,
But their messages are always very inspiring!
I answer the door with a big friendly "HELLO! How Is your Day Going?"
They are walking the streets in hopes that Someone Will Listen to their Message.
Usually all they get is the door shut in their faces or no one answering at all,

We're in Arizona So It's very hot,
I always offer water,

Even when I don't have the time to talk, What's 5 minutes?
While they are inspiring my day, I let them know how beautiful they are spreading God's word in this heat, They are Working in The Light of God, No matter what religion they are spreading,

I always end the conversation with, I thank you for your wonderful words of enlightment, I know they are a great message, God thanks you too for Your Faith.

By time 5 mins have passed, I've made sure my visitors have been Brought up to the level of enjoyment for the moment,
Where they've forgotten about the heat, and the walk ahead of them,
They feel Important and Inspired,

I had One Saleman Out selling Boxes of Steak,
He was really working hard on his pitch,
I Told him,, wow If I ate Meat, I would buy one!

(Which I do eat meat, For My Own reasons,,)

I then told him of an area that he could really make a profit off of,
And off he went Thanking Me for The Idea, I did not knock him down,

Each of us have our duties, Our Jobs,
Which we all take pride in doing,

Carpet Cleaners are funny to me,
I had a woman that was just devastated by the comments a carpet cleaner said to her,
He said, "See this is why you should have your carpets cleaned every 6 months!"
"Look at all that Gunk!" " I don't think I have ever seen such dirty carpets Get so clean!"

Well that was a horrible way to get a repeat customer!!
Not only did he inspire Great Embarrassment!
But Also Harsh words back to himself!

She let him know,

She will be getting her carpets cleaned more often but won't be inviting him back.

I in turn spoke with the woman who just couldn't get past his words And reminded her that sometimes People forget we are not all carpet cleaners and we take words Differently,,
He may have been impressed with what his machine did!

She laughed and that was the end of the mood she was in,

There are a thousand ways to approach situations,
Won't it be interesting to see how you handle your next one?

Or if you are in the middle of one now,,
Can you see how it plays out?
Can you put that to use at this moment and move beyond it?

Quite interesting, I think
Don't be in fear,, Live in Adventure!
