    How to lose 10 lbs

    Use these simple tips to help you jump start your way to losing weight.$0$0$0$01.  Eat 250-300 calories every 3-4 hours.  Do NOT exceed 300 calories for the first 2 weeks.$0$0$0$0$02.  Write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink.  This will ensure you stay on track with your calories.$0$0$0$0$03.  NO alcohol for 2 weeks.  Unfortunately alcohol does not metabolize like other food and drinks.  If you want to lose weight faster give up alcohol for at least this first 2 week period.$0$0$0$0$04.  Begin an exercise program that includes cardio exercise 3x per week and some sort of strength training program 2x per week.  If you are already exercise regularly then you MUST increase either the frequency (how often you exercise (cardio particularly) e.g. 3x increase to 4x, etc.; increase intensity (how strenuous do you exercise, e.g. 4.0 mph @ 0 grade on a treadmill can be increased to 4.5 mph @ 0 grade and/or 4.0 mph at 3% grade; or lastly increase the time of your work-out, e.g. 30 min. on a treadmill - increase to 45 min.$0$0$0$0$05.  Take daily supplements.  Often when we have cravings it's due to a lack of nutrients.  Calcium, magnesium, iron and B12 are often needed.$0$0$0$0$06.  Find a support system/buddy.  Being held accountable as well as having someone to talk to when you feel your eating is out of control is very-very important.  You are not alone.  Tune in every Wednesday to KB Fit Talk Radio!!$0
