"Death By Education: Urban City Schools Being Used To Obliterate Not Educate?"

Another media uproar against an African-American figure that isn't an athlete or a rap artist involved in scandal, but a person teaching education and character...(YAWN!) Dr. Umar Johnson is planning to open an all-Black--boys Academy--(oh, the shock!) and he plans to name it after a prominent Black historical icon--(oh, the nerve!)...and what does he get for his efforts? Attacks on comments he madehat were altered to sound as if he was hating against women and the LGBT community. Another deflection tactic from the fact that urban city schools in place to serve the Black and poor communities are being closed by the mass, and the few that remain indulge in dicey curricula, bioted, uninterested, racist , dismissive, condescending and bullying educators?  And is this not yet ANOTHER RED FLAG that we as parents and a community  MUST wake up and reuvenate our people? Join me tonight at 10:30 pm by calling 347-327-9967 with your thoughts.
