Hunting season on Black males has reared its ugly head yet again. As if the luxury department store hasn't already been dipped in the publicity cesspool, they have been rumored to have made yet another blatantly audacious and disrepectful move against Black male consumers. Young black males will be required to show proof of income before they can shop in the department store. Is this a gesture of "thumbing your nose" at the civil rights protection laws that are in place since the 1960's? Even more importantly, does this violate all alws that support and protect equal opportunity and anti-discrimanation?
