Our country has been under attack and the level of homeland security has been heightened to strange new levels. There is no doubt that we need to be prepared to defend ourselves in the event that war is declared. The government seeks out new recruits for our military branches continuously, using everything from uniformed representatives standing in crowded market places ready to sign up our youth, and well-prepared commercials to swoon our children off the couch and into the battlefield. Are military commercials misleading our youth with misleading messages that glamorize war?
