RICKIE LEE REYNOLDS from BOA....Black Oak Arkansas is an American Southern rock band named after the band's hometown of Black Oak, Arkansas.
The band reached the height of its fame in the 1970s with ten charting albums released in that decade.
With 3 gold albums tucked under his belt and at the height of his career appeared on Don Kirshners Rock Concert, Midnight Special and ABC's In Concert..
But it was Elvis Presley who encouraged Black Oak Arkansas to record LaVerne Baker's classic "Jim Dandy" which became the band signature song...
