Fingers & Thumbs & Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - Finger and Thumb Pain with The Pain Relief Coach

Thumb and finger pain may be caused by muscles in your chest, on your ribs, near your elbow in your lower arm or in your hand.  Today at http://CarpalTunnelRadio.com we talked about trigger points that can cause finger and thumb pain.

The muscles that cause pain in your hand are unhappy and you can "treat" them (push into them or massage them) to help them feel happier.  When they are happy, you will be happy, too!

We also talked about the benefit of massaging your own hands when you wash them or apply lotion.  This is something you can do several times a day.  Massage is very beneficial and will help relax and normalize tight tissues and "get the blood flowing".
