Carpal Tunnel, Trigger Points and Simple Pain Relief Tips

Trigger points and carpal tunnel syndrome was part of today's show at http://CarpalTunnelRadio.com  We also talked about ways to help you get rid of your symptoms.  There are so many things we do that we don't even think about that can cause pain.

Your car seat or couch or even your bed can cause carpal tunnel symptoms as well as other aches and pains all over.  If your seat causes you to round your back so you lose your natural forward curve behind your waist (that used to be there) and your head to move forward, that will aggravate the muscles, nerves and blood vessels in your upper body that serve your arms and hands.  That can easily cause carpal tunnel symptoms.

If your bed pushes your shoulders forward (toward the ceiling) when you lay on your back, it is helping to shorten your chest and front-of-arm muscles.  Short, tight chest muscles cause carpal tunnel symptoms, too.
