Carpal Tunnel Syndrome has way more than 7 warning signs but today at Carpal Tunnel Radio we talked about only seven.  Here they are:

1.  Uncomfortable sensations in your thumb, palm, hand, wrist or upper arm.
2.  Lack of strength you used to have in your hands.
3.  Pain in the back of your neck or base of your skull.  Headaches.
4.  A "knot" in your back between your spine and shoulder blade.
5.  Hiked up shoulders.
6.  Sticking out chin or tilted back head.
7.  Shoulders rolled forward.  Chest tight.
