Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome Part 2 with Kathryn Merrow

Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome was continued today here at Carpal Tunnel Radio.  There isn't much information in the conventional medical field about how muscles and soft tissues can cause pain in your foot.  The information is available but most doctors just aren't aware of the roles of muscles in pain syndromes.  It's not something that is taught much in medical schools.  They do learn about anatomy but they don't learn why or how muscles cause pain.

If you go to http://CarpalTunnelPainRelief.com and scroll past the "Categories" you will find a section for Trigger Point Books.  Click on the blue book for more information.  If you can buy that trigger point book, you will have a treasure chest of pain relief at your finger tips.

There is a category called "Triggers and Trigger Points" in the "Categories" there and even though the website is for carpal tunnel sufferers you will still get a lot of information about trigger points and how your body works.

You have a smart body and it wants to be pain-free.  You will have to take action and do the natural steps necessary but you can do it!

If you have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome or other pain in your foot, ankle or leg I hope you will seriously think about getting your own copy of the blue trigger point book so you can get rid of your pain.

Next week we will have a yoga instructor tell us about the benefits of yoga for carpal tunnel syndrome.
