    What a fun show I had today!  Just me and my listeners, but we covered a lot of stuff about carpal tunnel syndrome causes and cures.

    Vitamin B6 deficiency is a known cause of carpal tunnel syndrome.  But what causes a B6 deficiency?  We talked about that.  We talked about eating healthy, strengthening the back sides of your arms, the muscle in your neck that causes carpal tunnel symptoms, and more!
