Week 1 Assignment:
Task 1 Take 10% of your weekly grocery expenditure and put it in a jar
Task 2 learn about dehydrating if you don’t know already, especially putting together dehydrated meals in jars or in mylar/plastic
Task 3 inventory your existing food supply.
First step is to take charge of your existing food storage and any food goods you have you may not think of as food storage. The reason we do this is so you know where you stand currently and as a mind set trainer. This is your responsibility entirely! Buck up and get the job done.
