We all experience stress. Stress in itself is not necessarily a bad thing, but it can cause a disasterous pile up if a person does not control the speed in which it is coming at them. Today Karen is going to share ways in which you can have a new perspective on stress. She will talk about ways to reframe your stressful situations and be able to live Phil 4:6, which encourages Christians to not be anxious about anything.
Karen provides TELEPHONE/SKYPE counselling to women who have been impacted by the effects of childhood sexual abuse, after abortion distress, or some form of relational abuse. She also helps women who are struggling with depression. As well, Karen is an author and speaker.
