Reflections on the 2013 CBC Annual Legislative Conference

Mateen and I are back fresh from our visit to the nation's capitol to participate in the 43rd Annual Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference.  Mateen was a featured author at The Author's Pavilion for his new book Inner City Public Schools Still Work and I was one of the inaugural members of Bloggers Row, the first ever Bloggers Row in the 43 year history of the conference.  Join us as we share our impressions of the conference.
