No sin is so shockingly evil it blocks God`s forgiveness nor so trivial it negates the need for God`s mercy. The peace that comes through forgiveness affects our basic responses to ourselves, other people and God. The lack of forgiveness can result in separation, bitterness, enmity, indifference, and even depression. Often time, and unforgiving and unforgiven attitude can became a focused grievance and can cause us to lose control.
