This is a problem that a good amount of people struggles with including myself.  There are so many people out in our world putting their bad behavior on others, and the others just take it because they feel bad for them and don't want them to feel bad.  Isn't that crazy?

I am one of those people...I will take someone's behavior because I don't want to hurt their feelings by sticking up for myself.  We have been trained our whole lives to look the other way, and just let it go, even though it is hurting us constantly.  We will tell ourselves I am fine, I am good, I don't let it affect me; it hurts us every time.  We will stew, think and talk about it, saying it's fine, I don't let it affect me.

I know that I am not the only who does this, how do we stop it?  When do we love ourselves more to stop the sanity?

Let's talk about this subject and start changing the way we allow ourselves to get treat.
