New Beginnings...What does that look like for you?

I have been going through a lot in my life...health, relationship, business and financial; seems like a lot.  It is, it's a lot for anyone to handle; even for a Life Coach.  However, when you start to talk to the right people and they show you how awesome you truly are, you start to remember the person you once were.  I sit here writing about what it is that I want to talk about on my show...my relaunch of Just Rita Real Talk; and I am humbled because I don't have it all figured out, I never claim too, but I am humbled none the less.

For New Beginnings to start something has end, and those endings can be quite painful.  Sometimes we hold on for a very long time hoping some miracle will happen and happily ever after happens in any area of our life will occur.  In some situations that happens, but in others...not so much.  I ask you: How do we move forward?  How do we let go?  How do we give ourselves permission to be happy?  How do we know we are surrounding ourselves with the right people?  

When new beginnings happen, we are taking a leap of faith.  We don't know what is going to happen, we may be terrified to leap, we may feel we don't have what it takes, we may not be strong enough.  STOP!!!!  Don't buy into that self-talk, tell yourself to be quiet, your alive right now feeling your emotions.  YOU CAN DO IT and so can I.  

I have always been told if you are scarred or even terrified, never mind feeling uncomfortable...we are numb to uncomfortable; we are on the right track.  I am there right now...My dreams of my business and being happy is more important than the feeling of being terrified.  I must remember whenever I have been terrified I've learned the ropes and did great.
