As bad as the new statistics are that one out of every 99.1 person is in jail or prison in the U.S., it gets worse! For males 20 - 34 yrs old, 1 out of 30 are in jail or prison; for black males it is 1 out of 9 are in jail or prison. Why is this, and what are we going to do?
