Julia has been a spiritual-growth facilitator since the early 1980s when she experienced a radical spiritual awakening and remarkable physical healing as a result of turning her life over to Spirit in response to a health crisis. Her book Recreating Eden was released in 2004, and has provided the foundation for her teaching since then. Her current teaching focus is on personal and global transformation through raising vibrational frequency, and her talks and workshops are designed around providing the tools for changing human experience through vibrational management.
