Stress is a point of view. Nothing anybody says or does causes stress! What causes stress is the meaning you choose to give to an event. We will discuss "things" that cause your stress, how your body tells you that it is in a stressful situation, how to nurture your body in a stressful situation, and how to change your belief about the "situation that is causing stress".
We will discuss how to find another way to see this. If today is the last day of your life what would cause stress? Please jump in the chat room and tell me what causes stress in your life.
