Diane Dentinger, author of Modus Vivendi interviews J. Ibeh Agbanyim

J. Ibeh Agbanyim is a Harvard trained leadership coaching strategist, Amazon bestselling author, public speaker, and organizational psychology consultant. He is the president of Focused Vision Consulting, LLC; a management consulting firm. He works with organizations and individuals on how to live a life of impact by applying the Five Principles of Collaboration. Nineteen years of working in logistics helps Ibeh understand the importance of effective teamwork and how collaboration contributes to organizational and individual well-being.

Ibeh has presented his work to various organizations, institutions, and individuals on how to translate thoughts into actions, focusing on positive psychology and desired thinking. He has presented at the American Society for Quality, Orlando, FL; George Washington University, Washington, DC; University of Ibadan, Nigeria, collaborated with International Conference for Psychological Science in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and presented at University of Ghana, 2016 School of Sciences International Conference on the topic, Fear: The Invisible Determinant.  He also presented his work at Arizona State University Project Humanities, facilitated by Dr. Neal Lester, Director of ASU project Humanities.

He recently shared the stage with the Mayor of Tempe, Arizona, Mark Mitchell, and former congressman Harry Mitchell during the Don Carlos Humanitarian Awards event at Tempe Community Council, Tempe, Arizona. He was an invited guest at the Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business 2015 Spirit of Enterprise Awards, and the Napoleon Hill Stickability conference in Toronto, Canada.  Ibeh is a reviewer for the Association for Psychological Science Student Caucus, and scholarly contributor as a peer reviewer in Journal of Instructional Research at Grand Canyon University.
