I am the close friend that Tonya briefly talked about. I was in not one but TWO abusive relationships, the second worse than the first of course. Tonya's resources and friendship and knowledge have been a tremendous help to me in my "recovery" as a person. I love your shows!!

I am the close friend that Tonya briefly talked about. I was in not one but TWO abusive relationships, the second worse than the first of course. He was verbally and emotionally abusive but I refrained, at first, from saying physically abusive because he wouldn't throw things at me, he would throw things at the wall.
