Dana believes that each individual person is designed to grow, to become more. As a coach he believes the individual often gets sidetracked by the ordinary pain of life. It is the subconscious mind which makes decisions and creates patterns in people’s behavior and in their thinking that, in the long run, do not serve the person. Dana believes the purpose of a coach is to assist people in getting back on their personal path of growth. All people have their own inner wisdom that can guide them towards the highest and best expression of who they truly are. The old decisions that now act as limiting beliefs and destructive behaviors can be remade. The beliefs and resultant behaviors can be changed. They can be transformed into beliefs and behaviors that support people on their continued path of growth. This is often experienced as a spiritual process. People often ask, “Does the process of change have to be a long and painful process?” The answer is a resounding NO.

Dana believes that education can often be the impetus that moves a person to ask for assistance in changing and reshaping his/her life. He believes that his radio show can act as the spark that moves a person to say, “NO MORE” to the pain in his/her life. The decision a person makes to reach out and ask for help is a profoundly personnel decision. The person who reaches out for help needs to be respected and honored for the courage he/she has shown in his/her decision. Dana believes that assisting a person in his/her growth process is a scared event and one which he honors and respects.Dana brings to his radio show and his coaching clients a passion for the process of human growth.
