Her own personal journey includes depression, anxiety and attempted suicide in 2004, so Lee knows firsthand how it feels to be isolated, alone and desperate. Depression is an insidious disease and the feelings of isolation and disconnection are experienced in ALL walks of life, no matter who you are or what you do! Making the commitment and choice to never go back to the place of dark desperation, Lee threw herself into counseling, coaching, personal development and saying yes to being the designer of her own life.
