A panel made up of three village board trustees has voted 2-1 to remove Charles Amrich as a mayoral hopeful, because the current Mayor Debbie Hermann claims foul when his candidacy papers were filed. Why? She claims that Amrich, a man who served is community from 1985-2005 politically did not pay a $174 garbage bill in time before filing for candidacy, even though there is proof that he did everything according to the law. If booted off the ballot, the current mayor will face no opposition and "win" in a landslide. More proof that America's two-party controlled system does not work... except for the rich and elite.
