Cyber Bullying, Imposter Profiles, Electronic Harassment, Identity Theft and beyond. A major epidemic of unseen proportions plagues innocent victims via the World Wide Super Highway- Internet.

Celebrities are often seeing fake profiles of themselves. School students are resorting to suicide. There are laws in place to bring justice; but sometimes it is too late.

This epidemic goes farther than the creepy little eyeballs of computer nerds and their cyber war joys- Whole identities are being stolen and lives forever changed.

Do you know what DOX is? Has anyone ever made a threat to expose your private information?

Have you been slandered or libeled to to blogs, Facebook, Myspace or Twitter?

One group is especially at risk. Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning youth. Countless reports of suicides are forever in the news. Since the death of Matthew Shepard; hate crimes have seen a growth via the internet.

What can be done about it?

Are "they" trying to silence you? Who is it? Someone from school? A political group? The Westboro Baptist Church? There are authorities that you can go to, and laws in place to protect you and your Freedom of Speech.

What is generally seen with virus sending groups online threatening to expose someone's DOX- (personal information) is that these are small time cyber geeks gone criminal, who are jealous of talent, fame, personality or celebrity.

It has been shown in case studies that these cyber criminals generally have a low self esteem, a poor outlook on Society, hatred towards one or more groups of people; examples, Homosexuals, Muslims etc.

The time is now to protect yourself and enforce your rights. If you are a victim, get resources and stop the cyber bullies right in their tracks. The FBI takes issues seriously, as well as the CIA and Homeland Security.
