Jory Fisher

On October 27th, Beth and I interviewed Certified Professional Coach Denise Starrett about how our energetic makeup affects the way we see ourselves and the world. Even the smallest positive shift in our energy, Denise said, can have an immediate impact on our life, the people we work and live with, and our own body. With that concept in mind, she created the Center for Energetic Leadership which helps empower women to experience the freedom of living a life of their choosing.

She offered a special bonus to our listeners for her group coaching program “New Year…New You!” which begins in November. You can learn more about her offer by listening to the interview and by visiting her website http://www.centerforenergeticleadership.com.

Denise’s Coaching Suggestion

To live a life of higher consciousness and purpose:

1)   Connect to who you truly are.  Write down moments in your life when you felt like time stood still and you felt completely alive!

2)   Share your gifts without hesitation or doubt.  Write down what you love to do—what you would eagerly jump to do for your closest friend.

3)  Celebrate what is reflected back to you in your life – it’s all an opportunity to learn and grow.

Notice this week what you see in your world.  Take a moment to assess on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being ‘not at all’ and 10 being ‘completely’) how well what you see aligns with who you are.   What is one adjustment you can make to improve that alignment?

Denise’s Quote for the Day

“People who follow their joy experience the fullness of their being. They are the renaissance workers who evolve the consciousness of humanity.”   ~Robert Holden, Ph.D.
