Self-promotion is a "must do" for successful entrepreneurs and career women. However, depending on our background, it can be one of our biggest stumbling blocks. Maybe you grew up hearing that it's not polite to talk about yourself or to brag, or that girls were to be seen and not heard. Now you're all grown up and need to be out there talking about yourself, what you have to offer, and how good you are at offering it -- not always an easy transition.

Even if you were an excellent salesperson for someone else, sales skills don't always transfer easily from selling another person's dream to selling your own. The perceived rejection can feel personal and can stop you in your tracks.

Ginny Robertson will take you through a process that can help you identify what it is you're offering and how to talk about it with more Confidence, Grace & Ease.

Ginny Robertson is President of Ginny Robertson LLC, an organization that “Connects Women Around the World to Their Gifts,Their Purpose and Each Other.” She facilitates workshops; speaks to large numbers of women’s groups throughout the year; and is the Founder, Publisher and Editor of On Purpose Woman Magazine, a free publication distributed in Maryland. In 2000, she founded On Purpose Networking for Women which holds nine meetings each month in various locations in Maryland. She is a contributing author to two anthologies: The Spirit of Women Entrepreneurs … Real-Life Stories of Determination, Growth and Prosperity and Conscious Choices … An Evolutionary Woman’s Guide to Life. For three years, Ginny was also the co-host of WomanTalk Live Radio on 680 WCBM. She was recently named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women for 2012 by The Daily Record.
