Coaching in missions is still a relatively new concept; but Sherri Dodd, the founder of Advance Global Coaching, is already making a difference in the emotional and spiritual health of today’s cross-cultural workers. In this broadcast, Sherri shares some of the stresses of missions work and how coaching helps missionaries grow in their personal life even while serving on the field. Listen to find out how God has uniquely prepared Sherri to live her life of purpose and passion.   Sherri Dodd is the founder and CEO of Advance Global Coaching. She is a certified Life Coach who has been coaching since 2003. She has over twenty-five years experience as a career missionary in Europe. In her role as pastor's wife in international churches, she worked with diplomats, international executives, military personnel, teachers, professors, missionaries, and church leaders from over 40 different countries and 25 different denominational backgrounds. Sherri understands the pressures of adjusting to new cultures, learning new languages, moving nationally and internationally.She and her husband Randy have been married almost 36 years and have two grown daughters and one teenage son. Sherri knows what it takes to build a ministry, a home, and a family. Sherri is a gifted communicator and public speaker with an encourager's heart.
