How many great ideas of yours have actually become a reality? Jane Kerschner will share her story of honoring her purpose, showcasing her husband's beautiful photography (www.chazimages.com), and realizing her desire to "make something happen" with three very special coaching colleagues, Irene Kelly (MN), Carol Harris Fike (CO), and Tom Hatton (Germany). After hundreds of hours of phone meetings, they created the tool, JICT Images: Journey with Intuition & Creativity to Transformation, to allow individuals and teams share what is really on their minds and in their hearts. To use the images yourself as you listen to the show, please go to www.JICTimages.com. This photograph is one of the evocative images used by coaches, teachers, and facilitators who work with groups. The images help individuals deepen conversations, build relationships, solve problems, and take action on their dreams. Jane is a coach and educator who brings light and possibilities to individuals searching for ways to freely express who they are in the world. As a consultant in educational organizations, she focuses on creating structures that support joyful learning for both children and adults. Jane draws on her expertise in ontological and somatic coaching to work with the whole person. She holds certifications in Newfield Network, ICF, and Five Rings Somatic coaching and offers seminars on personal and team development. She also coaches individuals and integrates coaching skills with her organizational clients. Jane lives in Chevy Chase, MD and loves to spend her summers in Chautauqua, NY with her husband Chaz.
