My people we must continue to stand as one. For as you all know it is together that we are most powerful. It was together that our people fought, went to jail, and even died for our sake. So it is now more than ever that we must stand taller than ever, and keep the fight that they started alive in 2008 !!!!!!!!!!!

    THE REGRETS OF A CHAMPION

I once heard Irving Berlin say, "the toughest thing about success is that you've got to keep on being a success". Let me put it straight, a champion also exhibits some fear, it is just that he has control over his fear. Ernest Hemingway says, "courage is grace under pressure", and Woody Allen says, "its not that I'm afraid to die, I just don't want to be there when it happens". A champion truly has his weakness but he never lets his weakness have him. I will discuss more in detail four out of the many regrets of a champion later this week have a blessed Sunday.

People tend to focus on process instead of accomplishment. We have become spectators instead of doers. We reward the wrong things. We tolerate poor performance. People are no longer conditioned to work. They are conditioned to watch other people work. It's not how many hours you put into the work, but how many hours you put into the work, but how much work you put into the hours!

    1. Never come in early, stay late, or skip a lunch hour!
    2. Stop lying to yourself & everyone else about how hard you working.
    3. Work faster, smarter, and harder, stay busy.
    4. Find things to do that complete task
    5. Stop periodically during the day and ask yourself does this matter?
    6. Is it contributing to the overall well-being of the company?
    7. Am I really getting something done or just killing time?
    8. Never tolerate poor performance in yourself or others.
    9. Create a clean, organized environment that encourages work.
    10. Expect the best from everyone.
    11. Figure out what absolutely has to get done, and then do it first.
    12. Do the right thing once you make a mistake.

Every man on top soon becomes someone's gem. You will have secret admirers and some would even make public declarations about you. They will move their tent and pitch it next to yours just to see you. I will come back to these ones later, but there are some I intend to bring to your heart, and these are those who were there with you from the beginning. You did not just become their emerald whey you got the championship, but they found you to be who you are before becoming what you are. They have loved and accepted you before the time of fame, and far before others came to know and accept you. They saw friendship before championship, so you must not let them down.

As a talk show host, I always think of my numerous followers and admirers all over the globe, as a result of which I pray to God to uphold me and deliver me from evil. I have let down followers before and the experience I had and the backlash was horrible. Do you know some people can backslide if you backslide? They can feel that if someone like you falls away, how then can they stand the same test that befell you.
