The following was originally aired on PI Inquisitive Eye Internet TV Channel.

Around the same time that I had interviewed Haitian Presidential candidate Dr. Eddy Delaleu, musician Wyclef Jean announced his candidacy for the top office in the country as well.

Social activist and on the ground volunteer Sean Penn expressed his skepticism of Wyclef Jean's decision to run in the 2011 Haitian presidential elections.

Based on Jean's answers in a recent Esquire Magazine article, such concerns appear to be somewhat warranted.

In this PI Inquisitive Eye Soundbite I discuss the Penn interview on CNN, as well as closely examine a CIA report on Haiti that cuts through the obfuscation of a musician playing in the political arena to address the real issues that the country faces.
