In honor of Women's History Month, tonight Anita Finlay and John Smart are proud to welcome activist/author Zoe Nicholson.  Zoe has been at the forefront of the women's movement for 3 decades and in 1982, embarked on a fast with six other women to convince Illinois to ratify the ERA, living only on water for 37 days. In 2004, she published her memoir, The Hungry Heart: A Woman's Fast for Justice. She is a member of the ERA Roundtable, a lifelong member of NOW and a member of the Veteran Feminists of America.  Zoe has authored a new book, The Engaged Heart, an Activist's Life.
