Who is it for?
Casual and die-hard fantasy players who like to engage with each other and tinker with their lineups, something not always rewarded in traditional leagues. Scoring is simpler and more intuitive -particularly in terms of pitching (no need to track holds, saves, and wins - things that don't always make sense to new fans and don't reflect quality play).

History?
The idea originated a few years ago as a way to get more involved/push more buttons when playing fantasy baseball. It developed into a way to accentuate the positives of fantasy baseball, rather than trying to make it more like fantasy football. The site launched for a closed beta for the Arizona Fall League in the fall of 2009, and then an open beta for the Winter Olympics in February, 2010. The open baseball beta will launch on May 1, 2010 and will feature a 12 team experts league.
