Late actor Gregory Wallcott played the heroic lead in PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE, that many critics condemn as "The Worst Movie Ever Made." Grindhouse screen stars John Link, Edward X Young, & Cameron Scott think it's greater than "Citizen Kane." GREGORY WALLCOTT, whose screen career spanned almost five decades, including many Oscar-winning pictures such as NORMA RAE, died in Los Angeles on March 20, 2015 at age 87. For a long time, Walcott, fled from recognition of his participation in Edward D Wood Jr.'s 1959 science-fiction horror classic that co-starred BELA LUGOSI, VAMPIRA, & TOR JOHNSON. However, in latter years, he embraced his role, even taking a part in Tim Burton's biopic tribute ED WOOD, playing an investor in "Plan 9 from Outer Space." The John Link Show's friend, CONRAD BROOKS, who co-starred in that same picture relays his loving recollections of this admired Hollywood star, who has left us behind on Planet Earth. We all dearly miss Gregory Wallcott.
