The Timmons Brothers are back on John Talk Radio .

Truly one of the great American rock groups, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002. When Jakob Dylan introduced the band at their induction, he said a line from a Heartbreakers’ song “Think of me what you will. I’ve got a little space to fill”, which is an incredibly humble comment of a band that made records for 40 years. Whether taking a stand against the record companies or representing the common man in tuneful pop nuggets that sounded like a hit the first time they were heard, Tom Petty bridged the music of the 1960s British Invasion with 1970s Southern rock into the MTV generation and beyond. He transcended eras by earning the respect of many legendary artists, which led to collaborations with Roger McGuinn and Stevie Nicks and eventually  becoming a member of the super group, The Traveling Wilburys. Join the Timmons Brothers for a tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, a classic rock band for the ages.
