Molly Roth interview 2015

North Carolina born soul-pop singer, Molly Roth can’t help but create art on a daily basis. Starting classical piano lessons at age six, she decided to form an all-girl pop band (inspired by the Spice Girls) with her friends at her 8th birthday party. She made everyone sign contracts saying that, no matter what, they would keep making music together. When her family later moved to California, the band didn’t stay intact, but her drive and determination did. Singing and playing the piano became a solo activity for Molly.
