This episode of Job Talk with Jill and Jay is one where we start to introduce our audience to some recurring show features. Our two main topics for Episode 1 will be the benefits of using a recruiter in the job search process, and ethics in the workplace and in life. In addition, we will apply each of the two topics covered in the Pilot (active listening and the accountability ladder,)to a short real life situation. As always the show is co-hosted by Jay Goldberg author of the book How to Get, Keep and Be Well Paid in a Job and Jill Desena-Shook author of the book, Just Tell Me How to Get Hired! Jay developed a work readiness certification training program called the best in the United States by a member of the National Skills Standard Board. Jill is one of the top recruiters in the New York metropolitan area who has consistently sets her sales into the multi-million dollar level.
