Finding a job is work. Hard work. You can agree doing the hard job search and not getting a job means it takes more than hard work to get a job. Hard work alone does not get the job done. Don't do make do job search in 2013. Make 2013 better. Make all your activities matter. Put getting a job at the top of your list.  A series of haphazard job search activites are not  productive. Job search has to be a series of prepared, informed, planned activities. In short: identify the job you want; set goals that will get you the job you want; set short term; make a list of objectives required to meet those short term goals; set target dates as you progress.
