Michele Rene` Conner is the Founder/CEO of Making Real Connections® Creative Arts Counseling Center, founded in 2008. She was a featured dancer with Walt Disney World, Carnival, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and Lily Langtry's Dinner Theatre in Valley Forge, PA before earning her Master of Arts in Creative Art Therapy. Michele brings dance/movement therapy and traditional counseling together in a creative way to help people reach their personal goals. The Center offers special needs programs, educational resources, hands on workshops, intense social skills groups, recreational and community based programs.

Before deciding to become a teacher, Teresa Cooper worked as a Caseworker for Social Services for three years and then taught special education for 8 years. She now teaches math to 7th graders. Teresa is the author of Embracing the Spectrum and also writes articles about teaching and special education for The Educator’s Room. She has certifications in Special Education, Secondary Math, Elementary Education, and Middle School Language Arts. Teresa became a huge advocate for children with disabilities since one of her two children has Autism. She’s been featured on The Washington Post, Ten-step Survival Guide for Special-Ed Teachers with guest blog posts on other sites.
