Rep. George Miller and KY JJ Deputy Commissioner talk about JJDPA

Rep. George Miller of California is Chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee. Recently, Chairman Miller held a full committee hearing on the reauthorization of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA). The House of Representatives will be introducing a bill in the near future. Hasan Davis, Deputy Commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice testified at the hearing and joins us as well to discuss the reforms that his state has put in place.
