James Bell is the Founder and Executive Director of the W. Haywood Burns Institute, a San Francisco-based national nonprofit dedicated to working for fairness and equity in youth serving systems. Bell represented incarcerated youth as an attorney for 20 years and has also worked internationally on juvenile justice issues. Join us for a conversation about racial disparity in the juvenile justice system and the models and practices we must implement in order to reduce those disparities.
