Sixth Week- State of Wrestling:
1. Last week I did a paragraph about the all time great heels. This week is all about the faces. If anybody has any problems with the list, feel free to e-mail me back with yours. Here we go.
5. Tommy Dreamer He was so passionate about the wrestling business it showed every time in the ring, and the fans got behind Dreamer in every match.
4. Rob Van Dam RVD was the wrestler that people paid to see.
3. “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes I don’t have to say anything about Dusty.
2. Sting Sting was the face of entire company. Fans believe in him every time he went out and battle whoever was in is way. The fans still love him today.
And the number 1 face is….
1. Hulk Hogan Hogan change how we all looked at wrestling. If he wasn’t here, there would problem no wrestling in mainstream society. He is the “WRESTLING GOD”.
There you go my top five heels and faces. Again, if you don’t like any choices, please e-mail back.
2. I watched RAW this week and it sucked. Why is so many old ‘Legends’ on this show? Half the show looks like an episode of the Golden Girls. Flair and Piper both need to retire and stay retired. Duggan just sucks and I’m glad that Eugene kicked his ass after the match against the Spirit Squad. Also they, the WWE, don’t need to be going were they are going with Shelton Benjamin and Cryme Tyme. Shelton is a very talented wrestler and should be feuding with John Cena or King Booker on Smackdown. I have a funny feeling their going to drop the “N” word between Benjamin and C.T. and that won’t be good for anybody. I’m so sick of hearing about the genius mind of Eric “F’N” Bischoff. If he was such genius, we would all be watching WCW battle WWE still and not seeing Bischoff be a little bitch for Vince. And the feud between Edge/Orton and DX is just flat out boring. All that talent and they can’t electricity the crowd. Vince really needs to take a look at all his shows and do something else or he will lose a lot of fans and ratings. Won’t that be cool?
3. Why does wrestling companies have to play the race card. WWE is starting it with Shelton Benjamin. Benjamin is complaining about being held back because he’s black. Typical BS that is so old and played out that I doesn’t even care anymore. TNA is even going this way with LAX (Latin American Xhange). Konnon, the leader of the group that also includes Homicide (very talent wrestlers that is stuck in a bad storyline) and Hot staff Herendaz, they are saying that TNA is not giving them shots because they are Mexicans. Well I guess winning those tag team title belts don’t mean company has faith in you, I don’t know want does. All of above that I mention is crap. Let’s see here, all of you guys have jobs and talent, so shut up, because there is a lot of African Americans and Latin American wrestlers that won’t even make it to the big two. Aleast ROH gives everybody a change to prove their selves in the dog eat dog business. Again they don’t need that because all of those guys can be big star that can carry a company but they have to stay away from those storylines.
