In episode three, Jewelcast will begin our Pacific Division preview series, and since we're going in reverse point total order, that of course means we'll start off with everyone's favorite lovable losers, the Edmonton Oilers! The Oilers haven't made the playoffs since going down in 7 games in the 2005-06 Stanley Cup Final. They've made some bold offseason moves already, acquiring Nikita Nikitin and Mark Fayne to improve their blueline and Benoit Pouliot to finally give them some forward depth. But is it enough to take a team that finished with 67 points (and a 43.6% Fenwick Close) back to even fringe playoff contention? We'll discuss it with knowledgable and long-suffering Oilers fan Jason (@doogie2k on Twitter), as well as take your calls on the Oilers or anything else, this Monday night at 6 pacific/9 eastern! Don't miss it!
