The birth of Christ, was it a cold winter night? Should we celebrate Christmas? Does Christmas have pagan origins? Should we recognize December 25th as the birth of our Savior? Some believe that Jesus was born during the "Feast of Tabernacle", which falls in September. If this is true should we observe December 25th? Yes, I believe we should because if Jesus was born in September than he was conceived in December. This program will discuss and explain what clues to look for concerning the birth of Christ. Is understanding the season of his birth important? Yes. Understanding the season of Christ's birth is just as important as understanding the season of his death and his return. It's not enough to say, "as long as he was born, but doesn't matter when", or "as long as he died for us, but doesn't matter when", or " as long as he returns, but doesn't matter when". Understanding these divinely eventful seasons is gaining the practical knowledge we'll need to continue to watch, stand, and wait for the return of the True Christ. If we can't discern, from God's word, his birth, crucifixion, and return, then we will be deceived in the end times. Also in this broadcast: the "Key of David" explained. Why is the genealogy of Christ in Matthew 1, different than the one in Luke 3?
