Richard Johnston joined Bankers Asset Management in 2003. Richard's experience includes establishing the process workflow, policies and proedures for management and liquidation of bank owned properties nationwide. He instituted quality control measures to ensure client satisfaction and managed the outsourcing division, which outsourcers thousands of drive by BPOs per month.

Prior to 2005, Richard was the REO Manager and Executive Broker for Crye-Leike Central Arkansas REO Division. He managed five REO Specialist and 12 independent real estate agents with an average 400-500 transactions closed each year. He specialized in the management and liquidation of REO properties for numerous companies including Fannie Mae, Premiere Asset Services, Auror Loan Servicing, Regions Bank, GMAC, AHMSI, Coldwell Banker REO, NationStar, Precision, First American, AssetLink, REO Solutions, HSBC, Naitons First and Arvest Mortgage.
