Who Killed John Sherman?

The citizen who found John is very clear and adament that John was in the front driver's seat of the van. Police photographs show John in the back of the van. There was little to no investigation and little if any evidence taken and processed. A private review of the case photos by a forensic expert state there was no indication John passed between the seats to get to the back.
