Featured Guest Andy Beal, Founder of Trackur.com and Co-Author of "Radically Transparent"

As founder of Trackur.com, author of "Radically Transparent," editor of MarketingPilgrim.com, and a marketing consultant, Andy Beal is one busy guy. But we get to know him, learn about his journey and find out where he gets his inspiration from on this podcast.

Featured Guest Gian Fulgoni, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of comScore

Anyone that knows me knows I love analytics. Metrics and their analysis is an area that, I believe, has yet to see it's day. If it had, I think we'd hear far fewer questions about ROI (Return on Investment). That's my take, but what's that of analytics executive Gian Fulgoni? Mr. Fulgoni is Executive Chairman and Co-founder of comScore Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), one of the the global leaders in measuring the digital world. It's a thrill to have had Gian on The A-List. Listen to the archive here.

Veronica Belmont, Co-Host of Revision3's Tekzilla

I have a double-hitter on The A-List for you this week, starting with someone once named Sexiest Geek. It's none other than Miz Veronica Belmont who joins the program to talk tech, gadgets, games and I'll ask where she'd like to see all this acclaim eventually take her.

Featured Guest: Loic Le Meur, Founder of Seesmic and LeWeb Conference

As experience has taught me, there are leaders, and then there are Leaders - note the capital 'L.' In the case of Loïc Le Meur, one could argue he's in a class all his own as a LEADER. I first became aware of Loïc because of Seesmic and followed his exploits on video for some time until Seesmic desktop came along and enhanced everyone's ability to use Twitter through the easy-to-use application. Loïc's reputation precedes him, and as a fellow type-A personality, I have lots to ask him about: everything from why he coined the phrase, "Advertising, PR, and Marketing Suck!" to how he was named "Young Global Leader" by the World Economic Forum in Davos. Yes, that World Economic Forum. Recently called out by Business Week as one of The 25 Most Influential People on the Web, I am delighted Loïc joined me on The A-List today. Listen to the archive here.

  • Original Air Date:

Featured Guest: Dan Rosenheim, News Director and VP at CBS 5 KPIX-TV

When it comes to Bay area TV news, Dan Rosenheim has been around the block and back and knows local news like the back of his hand. I've had the pleasure of meeting Dan a couple of times, and he's always impressed me as a seriously smart man. For the last several years, he's been Vice President and News Director of CBS 5 KPIX-TV. Bay area TV news is a hard game. The networks jump on our local stories - especially our dot-booms and busts - as stories of national importance. CBS recently acquired CNET and it's family of sites, making San Francisco the new home of CBS Interactive. Although the network owns CBS5 / KPIX, the station must continue to impress. But how? We ask the man at the helm... listen to the archive here.
